(BLAKELY, GA.) – Robert R. McLendon, IV has been duly qualified and admitted as an Attorney and Counselor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. This admission allows him to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, a United States Court with appellate jurisdiction over United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern districts of Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
McLendon’s other memberships include being a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a life member and Board of Director member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc., a Founding member of the Georgia Innocence Project and a member of both the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar.
